With planning and building regulations already approved, GMC took on this job with a full re-roof where we took the opportunity to look at roof details to minimise maintenance and potential future problems. The new gym integrated seamlessly with the existing house using matching materials.

Total transformation of the living space for this home! A huge integrated open plan kitchen with dining and living area all connected. GMC came on board at budget stage, working within the budget and the brief to deliver exactly what the client wanted.
