The re-development of the home of GMC from 1980 – 2017! Complete demolition of our previous office and workshop to make way for three low energy homes within the conservation area of Spittal. These homes are bright, with modern layouts despite their conservation inspired looks from the outside.

Rebuild of three properties within the Berwick conservation area, making this project all the more logistically tricky and technical difficult as they were situated on top of the town wall and under the watchful eye of English Heritage. Three stunning properties were delivered; a detached 2 bedroom house and terraced 2 & 3 bedroom house.
