May – June 2018 seen the Start of work at Village Meadows, south Road, Lowick!

With S104 & S38 Agreements in place with NWL & NCC highways works started with establishing the new entrance & road base while strip top soil from the entire site area.

Work on plot 3 has begun with outstanding site conditions the substructure is in place and ground floor suspended timber floor work has begun (16-16-2018).

Over the next few months GMC plan to continue progressing plot 3 and make a start on plot 7 which is under offer.

The development of 8 homes as it stands is 6x 4 bedroom houses & 2x 4 bedroom bungalows.
