GMC Have recently Competed a Home Extension in the local Area.

Build – Timber Frame

After securing this project through competitive tender, GMC began on site working along side the apointed Architect and with the client to drive the project forward. With the build being timber frame, it suited our work force and timber frame manufacturing plant at HQ.

GMC completed all works supplying and installing all materials from the concrete and drainage to the manufacturing of the windows in our own specialist workshop. Once the shell was complete our finishings team supplied and installed bathroom and en-suite wear including tiling.

GMC Completed the project in time and on budget despite some of the worst snow fall durring several months while on site, which did disrupt progress.
