New Headquarters for GMC
During 2015 GMC acquired land on the Ramparts Business Park in Berwick upon Tweed. We have since secured planning permission to build a purpose facility to combine all of GMC’s operations under one roof!
The building will have a sleek modern finish with state of the art manufacturing facility to rear with enclosed areas for plant & building equipment. The glazed gable end will illuminate the entrance foyer and open plan office area on the first floor.
Our plan is to up-grade our existing timber frame manufacturing plant to increase efficiencies & production capabilities improving our product and reducing end costs making our product more appealing to the smaller contract market of home owner extensions & self-builders.
GMC Solar recently accredited as TESLA Powerwall installers are combining with our existing kitchen and floor coverings department GMC are now approved Karndean suppliers & fitters.
GMC Developments have recently acquired new land for development with new homes proposed across Northumberland and the Scottish borders.
Our in-house property management service has seen exponential growth over the last few months offering tenants & land lords a first class customer experience at reasonable rate. We do this but streamlining the whole process for both tenant & landlord.
With planning secured we plan to move straight on with building control & construction with occupation early 2017.
